Office of the Vice Dean for Staff, Gender Equality and Diversity
The Vice Dean for Staff, Gender Equality and Diversity serves as the point of contact for faculty staff members and oversees, among other things, tenure-track and other evaluation procedures. She is responsible for developing and implementing measures that promote equality and diversity within the faculty. In doing so, the faculty adheres to the University of Cologne’s mission statement on diversity and equal opportunity.
